Scariest game ever..

What is the scariest game ever made you think? I have played some really good ones but I think this is my choice of the scariest one yet.

Silent Hill 2 made me a very strong impression, when i played in this game for the first time. Still my fav
SCP-087 scared me a lot too )

Someone saying that "Sad satan' - its the one of the scariest games ever. But.. i dont know, Im too cowardly even to watch it on youtube

in old days i used to play Return to Castle Wolfenstein i was very young and i used to play with headset and with no light on ,at some points it was heart stopping ,now a days there isnt many game to scare me

(when you play any game and you hear a wolf or dog voice and cant find it its scary)

Yes wolfenstein was scary to me first time also Those parts in catacomb with mummy especially

Doom3 on hardest settigs when a unseen alien jumps you in the head, while your speakers are loud.... I tell you, i nearly fall of my chair when i jumped sitting 50cm high.

But also the original Alien Predator game was horrifieing

Yes the whole Silent Hill series is great. Ground breaking in a way. As I understand it the Silent Hill P.T was never finished. I really would like to see what that game would have been like in the end.
Talking about ground breaking the very first DOOM was a revelation first time I played it.
Just the thing to be able to actually run in the corridors was awesome. An other game I remember was the butterfly effect series which also felt a bit creepy.
And yes, headset in the dark is the way to play these games.

When I was like 10, I bought Resident Evil 3:Nemesis.

I still remember how I couldn't figure out how to shoot and zombies ate me alive...my psychic never stayed the same..real story bros

Btw. Doom3 with parallax mod and manual widescreen and quality setings look much better then doom3 BFG. Sadly this gameplay is not modded at all.

I play Doom3 mostly just with the shotgun. The RocketlauncherAliens are too funny in a close fight. They try to cut your face. Also the BossMonsters are funniest to fight in close fight., bec. then they don't use their weapons.

(Perhaps i make a gameplay one day).

I haven't played to many but for me it was the game called "Unreal". All kinds of bad stuff jumps out at you.

For me it is the Silent hill series. The whole atmosphere and shiftings between real world and dreamworld and all those weirdo enemies.

Doom2 and Wolfenstein 3d at night, when i was a kid, was kinda creepy stuff. I can remember, I nearly shit my pants In Doom2 Level5, when the machine spiders starts hunting me Later Doom3 and the new Wolfenstein was awesome too. The woman says "Penumbra" was her favourite - she played a lot of creepy stuff.
