banned for no reason

Hi. some time between 18:08:48-18:10:48 i was kicked due to chat spam, which i admit, but after that i joined back and played for a few minutes and i was banned for no reason. server that i was playing in: SiMPLE | BF1942 [FRA] my battlefield name: Tarkka.
i tried joining back again just a few minutes ago and i am still banned

maybe, with this guy. He is on server no to play BF, but to radio spam -  it's his hobby. He had numbers of warnings, kicks and bans starting from one day. He knows what is he doing.
