NuBian once again misusing admin

If it was once, maybe twice, maybe 3 times id let it go, but how long will it take when someone finally strips this guy off admin? Its happened xxx times now he has completely no clue about rules and keeps unjustified kicking players bcs he's in bad mood, totally unacceptable for an admin ( who probably should have ever been chosen without being big buddy with head admin). Not just that, also almost threatens players to kick them when they switch teams to help weaker side and even teams, but completetely suits this circus thats been ongoing for the last year or how long since first failed change of head admin was made.

Yesterday he stacked on Berlin, I simply just added calmly "that's clear stack Nubi" and got immediately unjustified kicked, thats at least 30+ times he just keeps kicking players for no valid reason, is this still all good for you two ? Great example to show for SiMPLE.

Somebody better tell him that strength of teams is not just given by flags, but on infs maps, and "espeically on BERLIN TDM" its given by kills and strenght of infantries as its totally common most of best infatries do NOT go for flag but they keep on camping and do not care about flags at all, so after all it happened that map was totally stacked and unplayable for all guys. After my kick I was chosen Axis too, couldnt get back on allies and it went like 8 good infantries vs 1 and definitely ruined the round for everyone and several complaints about stacked teams (for axis) went on.

On the screen below u also cannot see another infantries like nubain himself alias "Orange" yesterday who had like 115 kills then (disonnected a second before screen was takenú, Anna and probably some next ones too. I was previsouly kicked, so was punching bag kicked when had about 120 kills, could have been deeko given the skill, maybe jazzy with lower ping, who knows.

Butcher, deeko/jazzy/whoever it was, KILLER88, nubian, Sommarel, Beyaz ...when I count just these 6 guys, they can easily put up around 150-160 kills per round, some even more... when you look at allies, you can see only hencca as known infantry.  Add there Anna too and thats quite a stacked axis against poor Allies. If you by any rule-bending want to somehow say its not stack, you wont ever explain his unjustified kicks that have been going on ever since he gotten admin rights.

Hi Killer,

glad u found a way to make a complaint in the right place of the forum.

I kicked u twice yesterday.

First kick was because of false accusation "team stack". U know i take false accusations very serious. False accusations make the work for us admins very hard to actually identify violations. Furthermore, it's slander, intended to harm my reputation as admin.

Second kick was because of language. U rejoined with the words: "retard".

I ommitted the third kick where u even continued to harrass me in the in-game chat at discretion.

The occurrence was on 20.10.2022 at 20:41. Every admin can see the logs for himself.

Additionally, I've captured the interesting parts on video.

But to make my efforts worth it, u should improve ur complaint a bit.

Be precise and specific: e.g. pretending to not being able to count to 2 and making up numbers like xxx

kicking someone for calling someone teamstack is harsh imo, explaining shortly "why to that side"  can easily fix things

He was kicked for accusing me of team-stack.

In his own words, I switched to axis. And axis was base locked at the time.

Even sommarel switched later on, since axis was hoplessly baselocked

Hence, it's should be obvious that his accusations, only had one intention: slander.

The insult "retard" afterwards should make his true intentions clear.

Some admins acting weird these days. (I'm not talking about NuBian. I wasn't there when the incident happened.)

Guys, this is an old game. And mostly adults, grown people, old people like me playing it. I'm 38 by the way. I have been and i may act like 17 sometimes, but it was and is just for more fun. I'm not a kid.

I have even some "dead" friends here. Literally dead, under ground. We all have. All dead rest in peace...

I will, and i know most of you guys will play this game in following years. ( Just don't talk like: "this is just an online game bro, get a life, bla bla bla"  You have been here for years idiot, this game is a part of your life. Get the f*ck out here, then talk like that.)

I mean, this is a small group of people, playing with their computers in their spare time. Players, admins, head admins, the owner... They are all the same. Neither Tuia nor Paul Baumer nor RaketenHorst is different for me, against any Bfsoldier. Every player or manager, i act them same. Most of you know me.

Anyway, i'm an intruder in this topic. I just wanted to post here instead of creating a new topic, it's an abuse post, only admins and regulars will read this. I have a message to admins:

Please do not offend regular players here!

And new admins, please don't think you're different from us!

It was us... who wanted you as admins. And you can only keep your administration if you make us regular players happy here. None admin is different from a regular player. Keep this in mind!
