banned today

I went under the stairs in Berlin and turned off the game, I come back in 10 minutes and see that I'm banned. I don't understand why and how much?
About 40 minutes ago (13:20 Moscow time) map berlin nickname BL4DEF34R

Thank you for joining our forum. To be honest, it would be easier if you would appeal with a sorry for what you did. It's clear that you broke the server rules many times, you have been warned, kicked and banned multiple times over the last weeks. Your ban will last for 1 week now.

ok thanks, I understand you, I'll be calm and not give in to emotions in the game, could you shorten my ban to a day, otherwise I'm afraid I'll die of boredom at work.

I have asked to remove your ban, you should be able to play around 11.30 pm CET. Please from now on behave, next time you get banned it will stand.
