ban PEKI-Z

Hi

Today PEKI_Z (or PEKI-Z) on the map "mimoyecques" in the beginning of the game changed the team and mined all planes at our mainbase, and tk a lot of players, including me, after that he disconnected.

I'm sure he needs a rest.
