SpartaChris Banned in Guadalacanal

Please unban SpartaChris.  I was banned during the Guadalacanal map on 4/29.  I'm not 100% certain why I was banned.  I was shooting at ships near the Japanese uncap.  I thought all my rounds landed in the water, but maybe some of the rounds may have landed on shore.  I did not intentionally attack the uncap.  I was killed by the admin during this, but not banned.

Later in the game, I took the flag closest to the uncap and then saw two Japanese soldiers on a nearby hill who appeared to have guns pointing towards me and did not appear to be in the uncap.  I fired my tank and killed one of the soldiers on the hill and was immediately banned.

I'm not sure what I did wrong as it has not been my experience that the uncap extended into the water or outside of the areas of the uncap where buildings are located.

Does the uncap on Guadalacanal include the surrounding hills?

Please tell me why I was banned and unban me.  I did not intentionally violate any rules and will follow the rules.

Nobody (except me) cares about them but yes, those destroyers and boats are part of the base.

Ships are vehicles! They are in water just because they can't be on land! And shouldn't be bombed before they are ready for battle!

On the other side, hills are not vehicles and not part of the uncap. You might be banned because you're bald and ugly.
