Ban appeal

- Your player name: Hi!
- Date and time you were banned: I think 9 or 10 July somewhere in the afternoon
- Server name: Team: SiMPLE | BF1942

I was playing 1942 and suddenly got banned. I did not know what happened.
Today I tried to enter server but now I got ''Failed to connect to server"
Can someone unban me or fix the connection failure?
