for my information could help answer this,
if we change team, as soon as the map start, even that falls under stacking which can result in ban??

cant admins say its not allowed or something by tagging?
i listen to all admins without any offense

I do remember a warning message, but couldn't know if that was for me

I am pretty sure I do it all the time if I feel like doing it, in the beginning of the map itself, yes.
I don't know how it is an offense but, I guess there is no admin around to ban my arse!
