What cant you understand? Wild capitalism, corruption and expediency stimulated by "good" counties?
Our goverment earn here then retire to "good" countries with children and wifes. We sell our forests to west then buy ikea chairs, as one propose to limit it on legislative level, he becomes dead russian agent, condemned by west "parthners". Nothing you can do being a nigger.

What i can't understand, is, because it's one of the first Jobs for a Gouvernement.

It's easy to manage a waste disposal system between some years.
