Ban Appeal, Simple Server 23 hours ago.

- Player name was "3WW" or "W33", I honestly don't remember as I created the official name of Major Winters.
- Banned between Nov 3rd - Nov 4th around midnight CST
- Server name is Simple | BF1942

I received a one day ban about 23 hours ago for intentional TK, but for good reason. I was being killed and shot at anytime I was taking-off in Guadacanal. So I retaliated and was give a 24-hour ban. I only ask that I be unbanned so I can continue playing on the server as I haven't been able to play BF1942 online since 8 years ago. I do understand I will adhere to the rules and regs as well as report any others abusing their time on any of the servers.

"but for good reason" isn't a defense. It's an excuse.

Retaliatory tks are still tks.

I can already tell this server isn't run by adults since there's a lot of "I can do this but you can't" going on.

Multiple times I've mentioned other players attacking and airfield and nothing happens but when I do it I'm instantly banned, again.

Yeah, definitely not a well ran server.

Instead of doing a ban appeal for revenge ( tk the player that tked you )  go to abuse appeals and put his name there so admins can wacht him.  Doing the same has him makes you the same kind of disturbing player.
