Banned in Bocage in less than 2-3min after entering map

Hello for some unexplained reason I got banned in Bocage last night after less than about 2-3min in the map.
I was in a Tiger (one of the two Tigers) shelling the enemy at very close range (on the windmill side of the river bank) the Allied held bridge flag closest to their base.
There were lots of enemy to shell, and they were chucking grenades at me real close, aircraft bombs dropping close to me from both sides.
Inadvertently I must have hit some of my own side.  I did briefly see that I did TK one of my own side in the top left hand of my screen.
I suspect I must have TK an admin, did not even get the chance to say sorry (I was in the process of seeing who I TK when I was banned) as I was banned faster that a Jacky Chan kick.
For whatever reason, I apologize.
