Banned?

Hi,

I guess AnnA banned me, for baseraping.
When you are getting shot from main by tanks / flak (when you are flying). You are allowed to attack kill them right?

Atleast those were the normal rules.
But i guess this small penis invictusbot doesn't know the rules.

So i got a ban. The saddest thing is. He did in in remote.

You also checked the route Martini did? Like bailing from plane about main and then taking an other 109? If i am right then you are allowed to kill the starting plane. Even if the rule is shit.

There were no more enemy planes overhead, and he walked to the plane.
If he had been a bailer, you'd have to kill him long before he begins to fly.

Difficulty in reading the timeclock in those pics?  But fine, you can ride out the remainder
of the ban or just evade it then.  I'm done with your bullshit tho.

The timeclock is quite easy, he bailed and went for the flak, i fly away because he is in the flak. Like Vertigo said, he was in the flak for a short ammount of time, so before i got back to bomb the flak he was getting airborn in his 109.

If i did something wrong here, Nameless did exacly the same in the video against Darcano (where he wishes him cancer, don't know why he didn't get a perm ban for that).
If that kind of killing is allowed by a headadmin then i thought, i am allowed to do the same.
