Where it all started ...

Hi Mates!

I have an idea, let's write down when we started to play Battlefield 1942.
It changes nothing, but cool for a statistic or anything.

Started to play: October 15, 2002.

Late 2011/early 2012. My uncle gave us a PC and a bunch of games for it. It was mainly for my brother, but I'm the only who liked it lol. In the box of games was BF42

i started to play or discovered this game back in 2000's in cyber-café as a kid, and i re-discovered this masterpiece in 2018 because i was tired from getting ripped off by Sony (playstation) due to their got damn DLC's robbery.

Whilst my dad was in the military, he and his friends would play/LAN the Desert Combat mod on their free time, this was in 2004-2005

He then introduced me to BF1942/Desert Combat in 2007. Been playing ever since...

Started in June 2003.  I don't remember playing Battlefield 1942 at all... only the Desert Combat mod.  We were playing Quake and Unreal Tournament LAN games in the evenings at work before everyone went home.  Once Desert Combat was introduced, that soon became "the only game", and also started lunch time LAN games in addition to after work.
