Help me again!!! Please!!!!

I have both FH and FHSW mods with Mappacks. I can play in FHSW server with no problem. But when I play in FH server, most of the time it says "Map not found." I can play very rarely in that FH server. I even downloaded the FH mappacks also. But still it shows me the same thing. I heard FH mod has custom maps.
From where I can download FH mod's custom maps?
