Why some admins don't know the rules?

I was banned in last battleaxe map for attack and destory two active tanks that ware in the uncapture enemy main base. One tank was an active German Waspe and the second was a Tiger that was shooting in front of the first captured flag from its uncapture enemy main base. This is not the first time it has happend in this map where an admin banned me for no reason and wrongly. Why some admins ban without asking the reason for the complaint? Or don't know the rules?
