failed to connect to the server

ok so let me explain this, this happened today as i had perfect internet and newest PB downloaded which is v1.61 and i'm still confused how to fix it  and i've never played it for 3 months and wanted to get back to it....so would be appreciated if someone gives tips or fixes....
