How to change the render? :(

On the BF1942 the crosshair dont appears and i cant kill with that but somes guns have crosshair, on the cs 1.6 i was having the same problem but i change the render and it works good, but idk how to change the render on the B1942 , im 100% of what is the solution to the problem, but idk how to change it , help pls

Bf1942 is DX8.1
