Ban Appeal =)

Dear administrators,

I am a 46 year old man and I played a lot of Battlefield in my life, I recently discovered your server and went back to playing.

Today my youngest son entered the server (without my knowledge) I believe that by the shortcut that is on the desktop and made some mistakes,  I'm very sorry about this.

Now in the afternoon I tried to enter the server and noticed that my account was banned. Could you review the situation, please?

You were banned by the server for too many teamkillings. Keep an eyes on your son and enjoy the game.

Unfortunately I still get the ban message when trying to enter the server, is there anything I need to do here?

The ban has been removed, so I'm not sure if it hasn't refreshed internally,
or are you now having the same "banned from server" issue that a few
others have experience lately..
