Request for unban

Hi.

For unknown reason i was banned.

Minimized game. Then, when wanted to return back, saw game crashed. And after this, when rejoined to server saw a message "You are banned'.

You are not in the banlist. Perhaps it was a 15min ban.

Passed already more than 1 hour (about 30 mins i played on RTR )
But still cant connect...

Im reinstall the game. Now everything is ok.
Hope, it will no considering as a ban evading
