increasing bullet damage of snipers

sniper class is a almost forgotten class in bf42, mostly the noobest players take the kit and usually  cant get kills

one thing that is redicoulous is amont of damage it does at close range (2 -10) meter it barely does a full damage and you need 2 3 shots or 1 shot and 2 3 colt shot to kill a player in close range . is it possible to increase the damage of the sniper guns?

You tried it with engineer rifle given it's the same weapon to draw a comparison?

If you are regularly getting into a one on one and need to rely on your primary weapon then you ain't a very good sniper

Yup, and yet get a couple of  intelligent scouts who know how to spot in certain maps and that team has a great advantage.

Sadly, as you say, most are noobs playing out their 'Day Of The Jackal' fantasy.
