lol sparrow is not happy that we look into reg edits. he just gave me 2 minus rep. why is that sparrow? why do you use minus rep instead of posting? this is the second time sparrow has given me minus rep like this. last time he gave me 4-5 minus in one day...

Call me crazy, but you should be able to edit the .con's as you like, as long
as game allows it.  There are prolly a bunch of players doing that.

so is there a limit to the editing? can i just edit as much i like? as long the game loads?

unlock fps is allowed even by liga rules but does it affect hitreg? Never heard of that before, so far i did not increase my fps (old monitor).

it doesnt do magic , 2 3 years ago i tested with my laptop and pc and when ever i maxed my pc fps it was a bit hard to hit with my laptop while moving , not sure maybe other things affected it how ever other things affect it too which are much more important

Like I said, most servers didn't allow it, the lighting level should be a bare standard level for all and whatever people want to go below it if they so choose
Lightmaps is not that,
its taking the churches, urban buildings with no lighting interior and turning it into a fuqing photography studio!

teams are virtually even, i would not call it stacking

vertigo could not handle my criticism of him, so now he has started misusing admin rights against me

he has banned me 15 minutes too, recently, for "teamstacking", plus he has kicked me twice from battle of britain rounds where i broke no rules

If you're bored enough to watch a 000 video, you can see that he/she has
altered his/her textures.

Looks like Mipmap bias

renderer.mipmapbias -5 Mipmap bias determines how clear the textures appear. The lower the value, the sharper the textures (note however that values above 0 typically strip away too many textures) . Note this line doesn't exist in the Videodefault.con file by default

maybe it looks that way, but it is not true. i havent changed mipmapvalues, theyre at default

the texture changes i have made, have only been set via the ingame menu, and theyre therefore allowed

Changing texture quality in game menu changes mipmapbias parameter actually, it's the same thing. The command just allows you to use a wider range of values
