Got banned by mistake ?

I was playing on Battleaxe, flying with Nameless and SneakyBastard vs 3 other pilots (Sharp and 2 other guys).

A dogfight took place close to Allied main, I came to help my mates and I killed 2 planes. Then, I suddenly got banned.

Maybe I killed 1 pilot who was not engaged in dogfight, but it was confusing as it was flying close to his mates.

Anyway, I don't think I deserved a ban without any warning

No , 1 day ban for attacking planea at take off , warned before at chat

I did not attack main base ... You were flying close to your mate dogfighting, how could I know you were not engaged ?
