No bots anymore on SW-RtR server?

Hello guys!
Just wanted to ask if bots are permanently off from server?
Logged in on different maps today and on all the bots were gone

Hi,
without bots its much less to shoot and more hectic, I dont like it. If you, Tuia, want to do that for longer time please let us know at which time you always plan to change maps, so we know in advance.

i agree with mccoffee . it may be because i am a bit weak in bf that i am askin for bots but without bots yesterday there were more team wound than before .
there should have been a debate or a warning .

(i remember that i was the 1 st one to notice that bots were gone and so i asked diana ' where r the bots' not much response to that though from other than diana)

i also saw that in hellendoorn there were many -scores MY OPINION IS BRING BOTS BACK

the team wouds were mostly for cars and team wounders got kicked on time by admin .

also all players who want bots cant play in the mornin and same goes for only players group. this is a bit of a drastic change.

Very good tuia. The morning there are a few players. But the afternoon and night, bots are useless.

The bots play like shits : they run together and lie down in middle of nothing. They look and wait before shooting. They don't have any tactics. Result : good scores without glory and without fun.
The game is much more fun between human players with human reactions.

For the players who like bots : you can use the option "single player" in BF1942 menu and let the multiplayer for humans.

Hello guys!
I don´t agree that the bots are just laying down or doing nothing.
I remember that someone said that they snipe you from big distances where u can´t spot them.
Think we had that discussion before on a previous topic by me.
This is as Tuia said;a test.Now we just wait for the result.

well I'm a bit indecisive on that one. We all know, that these bots can be a pain in the buttom, but on the other hand, they are quite nice to have around when the server is empty. And we all know they one after another, dissapear, the more players join the game.

Well, in the end, we are the bots, hehehe....

Here is what I recommend..

Leave the bots on normal through the weekdays, and come Friday evening (5pm), take them off. Turn them on Friday night around 11pm Warsaw time. There are not many players left after this time. I would turn the bots off again Saturday around 2pm Warsaw time and on again around 11pm.

Monday-Friday: BOTS ON
*Friday: BOTS OFF (17:00 to 23:00) Warsaw time

Saturday: BOTS OFF (14:00 to 23:00)
Sunday: BOTS OFF (14:00 to 22:00)

Please, if anything do not leave the bots on past 22:30 Warsaw time on the weekdays because there are not many players and it can become boring.. but yes.. bots do need to be off at least during peak hours as this is the only expansions server.

Hello i think it's really boring without bots cant it at least keep 10 players min : 10 bots or humans in each team?
tonight, 0:00 in paris we were 8 on husky 4vs 4 it's just too boring
Maybe admins should have a command !botson !botsoff but all time it's just not possible for the ones playing at different times of the biggest number

There is the command !nobots to disable bots from spawning again in that round. So, what would you say is the minimum number of players in a medium scale map not to have bots? 10, 15, 20?

20 at least since we have 48 slots now on the server
And maybe on late evening/nights only

even with 20 players its more a search-and-fight than real gaming in my opinion. I would say 30 players minimum.

20, 30, 40 players ... it depends on the maps and at least also at skill of players.

Last night i was on the server with max 20 ppl, half of them were full noobs some are even worse than bots
and like coffee said before, on some maps you will search for enemies even if there 20 players.
I dont spend long time there coz it wasn't fun.

Honestly. i dont really understand why changing a working system.
The more Human player joining the less bots in game !
And like tuia said and some of you obviously don't know is
that there is the !nobots command.
Its than only for the current map > next map the bots are on again .
So if there are enough players, map and circumstances alright a admin could set !nobots.

In my point of view all was allright until the averenes guys set !nobots and others like they want without asking anybody else !
i used that command sometimes but never w/o asking if others agrree same like !timeroff and so on.

Yes but when an admin use !nobots : he is not admin anymore

And more seriously, I think 10 players is ok for nobots on most of the maps (maybe for some big maps 15 is better, for example Baytown).

It seems to me that the majority of players still want the bots.
And the meaning from people who don´t play on the server should not be counted.
Some people like coopmode style and some don´t,simple as that.
I think Tuia will make a good descition in this matter.
And some lost adminrights for a reason,just accept it...

Hi all,
I tolerate the bots but I prefer to play without them when there are enough real players on server- as wrote Satinca the game becames more interesting and competitive.As on RtR SW we have enough players only on the evenings/afternoons, a rule for admins to set !nobots when there are 25-30 players would be an optimal solution as for me.

Yesterday we played after midnight and we were also 20+ Players. First we started with Bots, then i was asked to deactivate them, what i did and it was fun. Later we played again with bots.

It was fun without but also later with bots.

It probably has to do with his racist saying "Pretty fly for a white guy". It is assuming all white guys are naturally lame, and to assume this is racist.

After midnight is still not the morning correct? I know the players I was playing with felt like leaving. People were asking for bots to be turned off as well.
