Kicked from the server HELP

Please help me Darius (34) and my father Milan (65), games on the server SIMPLE (R + R, SW) for several years, but now happened of my father Milansk 3 times, kicked from the server and had not connect again. He  trying to connect several days but nothing always game write Kicked from server. Yes He admits that it could have been a his fault, shot at the enemy main base, but he is already an older gentleman is 65 years old and did not think it bad. And we did not know that he should not shoot at the main base we have read until now. I'm very sorry. Please a chance to take my father to the server. Thank you very much for your answer, and understanding.

There you can find, what happend.
I told the Player named "Milansk" again and again to stop the baseattack in chat. Then admin joined the game and managed the Situation.
