Unsure why Banned

I've been playing this server for a couple months now and keep to myself mostly. If I was banned for a reason I would like to know so I don't do it again. I was sitting in a tank in Bocage firing at some bots when I got the ban. If it was Snake Plissken, please tell him I'm sorry!

Did you accidentally shoot some teammates? Remember, 3 times score -3 = Ban. That might be the case.

I really wasn't doing anything other than driving the tank and shooting axis bots (I was allied).
Flickofswitch was kicking/warning/banning some people who were tking. I think he may have typed the wrong number in the ban command and I became the unlucky banned dude.

Well, I saw someone named JeePers playing, so I assume you're unbanned. You were a good player.

EDIT: You were playing on the server you weren't banned on. You probably are still banned on the other one.

I missed your name, thought it was Jeep. My Mistake. This person has been avoiding bans, coming back with same name, tking, disrupting etc. Your ban has been removed.

TEAM KILLING???????? DISRUPTING??????????

I WAS BANNED LAST NIGHT FOR SAME REASON AS JEEPERS WAS: NO REASON!!!

I just got in game after months without playing it. My score was 4-4-1 with no flags taken and only fair game when I realized Russ was telling people to keep an eye on me. I asked why me. He said I was taking down friendly units.

But I wasn't even on his team. I think I killed him, but in a fair play. NO TEAM KILLING AT ALL. NO ONE COMPLAINING ABOUT ME. Only Russ. I said it was impossible being guilt for anything, but he ignored me and banned me moments later.

I changed my nickname. Kept playing fair as anonymous. Made some score. NO ONE COMPLAINING ABOUT ME. NOT EVEN RUSS.

Then I changed my name back to Jeep and guess what? Russ banned me with no reason again.

The same story happened over and over while I NEVER team killed or destroyed friendly vehicles during all the time I have been playing! No one saw me doing ANYTHING wrong.

IS THIS FAIR??

Now I can't join server again. It seems like this psychopath have banned my ENTIRE CITY just because he didn't like my nick name!

I just hope descent people unban my city and take down the admin powers from this psychopath so I don't have to set up a proxy to keep killing noob Russ in fair play again.

The fact I was not doing anything wrong after evading is enough to let me playing either as prove of my inocency or redemption. After all, how can you know for sure it is really me there and not anyone else using same nickname, like Jeepers??

Not only I am right at this but also Jeepers was banned with no reason because some psycopath dictator thought it was me evading again - even with no sign of bad behaviour!

This esquizophrenic behaviour explains why both Jeepers and me were banned WITH NO REASON at real.

Jeepers being mistakenly banned proves neither of us should have been banned in first place, not before nor after my first ban, even though this ban COULD have been deserved, but I didn't deserve it.

And just to make things clearer, I only learned how to evade ban because I hate so much TKERs and disruptive players like BFPlayer, Jedder, ThatGuy and others that I started hunting them down when no admins were present in a server, which sometimes triggered auto ban.

The night started with Jeep being autokicked on el alamein for negative score. He rejoined and then continued by killing more friendly vehicles/bots just before the map change. We then continue to market where he taxied and was warned not to. He then continued to taxi anyway and was banned for a day. He then evaded that ban.

And if this team killing really happened, than you are falsely associating to me the behaviour of another guy named Jeep, just like you did to Jeepers!

Now, since the liar can ban an entire city without the need to prove his lies, I suppose there is no sense in playing in this server anymore.

Why play when admins act just like CHEATERS to win the game with just a .kill or .ban command like he did to me last night?

I play with no cheat nor cheaters.

Checking the logs, you got banned for taxiing in Market Garden map and then you evaded your ban. A bit harsh the taxi ban, I must say, but you should never evade a ban. Please, follow the server rules even if others don't.

Sorry, tking in revenge is still tking, you already admitted that is what you do. It doesn't matter if the reason you got kicked on el al was because you were revenge tking, it's still tking.

You're missing the point.

Like you noticed, I wasn't banned for taxi. No one gets banned for taxi!

I did taxi two times. The first, I didn't know it was forbidden, since I don't play for months. And it happened moments after Russ told people to put an eye on me and ignore my answer.

But there was no warning. I just died autommaticaly and then I saw Russ type command to ban me. That's how it all began.

Then I evaded ban to test if Russ would ban me if I taxi again under another nickname. He didn't. He said nothing!

So I kept playing normal and made some score for a few minutes before changing back my name to Jeep. That's when I got banned again by Russ, for commiting the crime of changing my name, with no warning and no arguments and no nothing. Hell, when he said people to put a eye on me he wasn't even talking to me! I had to figure out what was going on all by myself.

So, obviously I wasn't banned for one-time taxi. I was banned because Russ said so for whatever reason he had in mind, which I believe was because I made score over him. He used my first taxi just as an excuse for this.

Now that you read log, I would love to understand what team killing and vehicle destruction he was talking about.

Nonetheless, funny I wasn't even playing in SiMPLE servers before that map. I was in AX server, hunting a team killer named Noxchox88 for team killing me while shooting with his plane at teamates waiting in airfield in El Alamein. Maybe that team killer was Russ. Maybe that's why he wanted to ban me with no reason at all.

If the log proves he is lying, then we just found out how Russ likes to spend his free time team killing and breaking the rules in other servers...

So, what does the log say?

Also, like I said before, the first taxi warning was immediately followed by your kick or ban command.

Don't remember what command was since there is not much time to read once the kick/ban gets in place. But I do remember it was Russ, it started with a dot, it was a command, and it was my player id in there.

The second taxi was on purpose, as a test to see if my nickname was the problem. And it was.

I usually play as Lee, so it's possible to be only an identity mistake.

Like I said, I was hunting a team killer in other server until he disconnected. And to make his punishment more real and funny I was changing nickname to get him everytime by surprise! LOL

The last random nickname I came out with was Jeep, before moving to SiMPLE server. Maybe that nick was already in use by another tker.

"dont evade any ban" = "admins are always correct, at least on the first step." tuia plz add these in the server rules. make things clear, so that players can obey the rules more easily, and everyone will be happy
