Drago's IP is static, he's using the same IP-address on the forum. I have just checked it out. It's really very disappointing that I have played a lot with someone who's using maphack. The only thing I still don't get is how he's hacking the plane's physics to get extra manoeuvrability and extra climb rate.

Why he appeal his ban now and not the previous ban?

I hadn't played BF1942 for like 2 months. I came back to practice again and get back in shape with some other nicknames. I got banned and I was like fuck it I don't care I'll go play CS:GO again. After a few days I tried to join Simple again and it worked. I don't know what happened there but I thought you unbanned me again for some reason. So it was all fine.

I didnt miss it. It was just too obvious for me I dont understand how you dont get it .

At 5-5:40 I see the empty landingboat on the minimap all the time. Some guy goes into defgun so its gone from the minimap indicating that there is someone. Its also not so difficult to imagine where people walk... Its not like they can go everywhere its just a few routes.

I'm not that smart, I guess.

Nameless what I want and what we should all want is irrefutable proofs. The but´s mean nothing to me. Sunndae gave explanations for several evidences above. Can you refute those? Or anyone else?

I can give the explanations this way for 90% of videos in that thread in the administrator section of the forum.

It's in admin section and the guy who recorded it asked not to share it. But don't worry, you save 10 minutes of your life by not watching it!

There is no hard proof of maphacking in the video. Sunndae summed up quite well most of the 'suspicious looking' scenes. What some might not know here is that good pilots like Drago use full map open on 100% transparency to see all the empty vehicles, flaks, and defguns, which gives a lot of info on the enemy's positions. Also having watched Drago's clean gameplay videos on youtube and ingame twitch recordings of him seriously pwning in clan matches it just makes it even more unplausible for him to be hacking against public players on SiMPLE :-)

It is a good way for catching hackers. And the guy who made the video cannot be blamed, he does a very good job actually. It is just that only very few people have mastered to fly on the level that Drago can. So only very few can understand. Those who do not have this control of the airplane, the cameraviews and who cannot read the in-game-details or closely understand how it is done it simply looks like magic. Science is also magic untill proven otherwise.

On top of that, the guy who banned him was pressured to ban him by a lot of such people mentioned above.

Lastly Drago is also to blame. He faked his identity by using a new CD-key, indicating that he might be some hacker who is evading his ban.

that person should not only be taken his membership status away, but he should be banned from forum aswell !

Also, can the accusations of me having a turbo hack also stop please? Come on... do any of you really believe such thing is even possible in multiplayer servers? I doubt it... and why would I share so much of my gameplay / dogfights if I'm using a "turbo hack". Get over it. I guess I just know how to manage the speed well and a joystick really helps in that. I think it's pretty sad some people still think I'm using some kind of turbo hack.

For the same reason you have veen faking your ip adresses as well? Its just weird that you have been doing that and think no one would notice.

I have watched the video, the long one of 10 minutes. It does not look like any hacking to me.

Evidence 1 at 0:50
You can see the landingboat on the map. He dives down to check AA, sees them walk at hill instead and drops a bomb.

Evidence 2 at 1:51
He quick checks for any boats leaving the carrier and gets lucky.

Evidence 3 starting at 2:46
He can clearly see the guy bailing. Any decent pilot will remember that.

Evidence 4 starting at 3:20
Planes could already be seen from cockpit.

Evidence 5 starting at 3:37
He noticed that his teammate is on to something there.

Evidence 6 starting at 4:54
The landingboat had been visible on the minimap for a while.

Evidence 7 starting at 6:17
He flies to the carrier for ammo/new plane and noticed the plane..

Evidence 8 starting at 8:50
At 9:06 he can see the destroyed boat which indicates enemy.

At the end he dives a 2nd time to AA-gun for no reason.
The landingboat he killed in he end was already visible when he bombed AA the 1st time.

*Also consider this situation starting at 8:15
He is just scanning for enemy but not flying towards anyone anywhere. Why would he do that when he knows there is no-one?

Your timestamp can be applied to pretty much every pilot video ever made in bf42 that supposedly shows a hacker. I hope Drago never hires you as attorney because you would most likely lose that case. Your argument is based on pure bias towards Drago's superior piloting skills compared to every other pilot currently active. It is pretty much saying that Drago is a god in this game and if you dare to accuse him that means you are a bad player and have little to non knowledge about flying. Not saying he is guilty but your arguments do not prove him innocent either.

You don't have to be an superior pilot to understand Sundae's posts. It is just logic... i wasted my time by watching this video again and opinion is the same, he is not hacking.

Yes we can ban people without 100% proof. You often cannot be completely sure. But this is not even 10%. Also it can not be applied to any video. In real hacker scenarios things cannot be explained like going straight for that one person walking on the other side of an island far away... No such things happening at all in this video.

I must however agree it remains difficult but we all know that.

I agree with dary. So I will ban Zody. Now he will have to prove his innocence (prove he is unguilty)? it is a joke. Of course I would have to prove Zody is guilty just like it needs to be proven that Drago is guilty here. But everything is explainable as many have agreed. No evidence = not guilty, otherwise we can ban the whole community and they have to come up with proof which of course nobody has.

I feel like I have wasted too many words on this. I like to assume board members here can also think for themselves.

Well Dary, you are very biased here. I know you have been playing ALOT with drago, so ofc u can never be objective. I need you to check out the 6:00 to 7:00 mark. Why is he flying back there? And how does he even see him there? Looks like he drops a bomb in mid air, turns after him and SBD pilot bails. He dives after him and misses, turns quickly and hit him right away. This part of the video is the smoking gun, in my opinion.
