What an unfair practice...

It's a miracle you have any players at all! Was sniping BACK at a sniper that was in their uncap that had sniped me twice. I cannot reciprocate???? He was running BACK to his main.
And banning from server on a FIRST VIOLATION??? REALLY?
Getting even KICKED for attacking uncaps is a server for pussies anyway. If you can't play a fifteen year old game by now, then Stay TF Off

Take some meds plz but I actually agree with you on this. The sniper base rule is the stupidest thing on this server.

Depends on the map... but basecamping is basecamping, doesn't matter what weapon. But kicking sniper on Berlin is for me a joke. I think many people have never experienced what really basecamping is. On the normal Berlin they stole the 2 tanks and it was just spawn -> dead -> spawn -> dead... to get out of the base was a real challenge. And nowadays admins are banning a sniper for shooting into base and call it basecamp? Oh boy...

I banned you for one day for Sniping enemy base. It was on Bocage, and you sniped me. I was not a sniper, I was not firing from the main base. You know the rules here SgtSnorkel, so don't try and sell some bullshit story about how you were getting sniped from our main. Your ban will expire today 1:01pm PST.

on battleaxe when one side has all the flags and the other side is sniping from the base, I check the players and make sure they are snipers before I snipe them back.....been working so far...

This is kind of getting away from the ban appeals topic, but we may need some clarification in the Server Rules about this.  If one interprets them literally, they seem to forbid returning fire at snipers in the main.  Is that really what was intended?

nope..you fire out of main base, you are fair game for return fire.  In this instance, Flick was not firing out of base and
got killed.  That's a problem when shooting a tank or anything else in a base, if you kill random players next to the (tank), those random kills will subject the player to a kick.

and yes, the forum rules are not clear in this area and need to be clearer; hopefully those in a position to change forum topics will review this and make changes as needed....

So many rules ...wow...I was reading them and you are right Tiger...I have never seen so many rules in my life...I don't know how I can ever connect and play again.
