warning do not install windows update kb3086255 if dont want cd cracks

if you install kb3086255 all your old cd rom and dvd games need a no cd crack to work again

if you still want this update and your on cd rom version of bf1942 you need the new exe

to get bf1942 to work again

Hello mortarman,

I had problems with that recent undate. I used the restore "go back in time" or whatever to regain my games. I will allow the update to run minus ...6255 and see if it still works.

Thanks for the info, it was a pain it the butt then again what can you expect from windows?

figured it was easier just to reinstall that exe file then figure out what update I installed...too many numbers in the update to read..haha

Aww i turn off autoupdate because i hate it when it start updating when im playing and then i forgot to check now and then.

yes its only update you cant install if want your old games to work
