The lessons in this thread are pretty valuable to other folks banned, temporary or permanent and for players to learn the process as well. Also as a firm believer in "Trust is earned not given" I vote the thread remains open even if it is only for reference. Just my 2 cents worth. Thanks for the second penny Monky.

Oh I wanted to keep it open, but locked so that people can't keep adding stuff to it. I don't mind it being here and people reading it, I have nothing to hide.

Confused state is a over statement. I knew exactly what I was saying and why there were no lies,no deception and once reminded of what I had done there was no trying hide it nor pretend I didn't do anything.

Good luck with this one. On his third ban at MoonGamers within 30 days, last one being permanent, he still requested an unban in the last few days. When we declined he started spamming our forum. He's disinvited from there now, also.

thats a neat story Lin. I was not actually trolling your server, it was a discussion about guns in America that you didn't agree with. Was not ''spamming'' your forum as you put it.

I have been fortunate and appreciative enough to be given a chance here on this forums and server, which is going well and the games are enjoyable to play.

I don't ask for trouble from you, or for you to come onto another forum and input your 10 cents. This is a completely different server so please just let me play and you go do your thing on your server.

I admit I have had a lot of bans, but only one on this server which I am asking to be uplifted and given a second chance. I always learn after a ban, im just a bit of a handful with a few problems that are hard to manage sometimes.

If three different admin groups on different servers have made same observation ( that you are trouble) that just about makes it a statistical truth.

I don't think it's fair to have to defend yourself over and over again SGT. At this point I would suggest to ignore all comments as they are bait in the water, and let your actions speak for themselves. If you go back down the path that you have described, you already know whats waiting for you there.

Good call and a fair call at that. I do ignore those comments, with the biggest grin on my face knowing I won't make the same mistakes. Some people are just hard to please and the same repeat offenders are trying to bring me down. Meh. Not bothered.
