Which Player is called Minnie?

Minnie, kicked without warning my freind .NkC |Chloro (HUN), {Kursk Today, 17:20} ! i dont know,why there may not normal to play in this server!....though Lot of Good admin! i love them,because they are fair and justice! .exmpl. Admin his duty Fairplay!

I know Chloro and I believe he is normally a fair player. But I also think that Chloro himself should open a topic reporting an abuse if he thinks that Minnie did something wrong.
