Hello,

I was banned yesterday, at approximatly 22h00, because i was driving car like a plane. My username is dontkillme.
I think that it was not justified : the map was Koursk and i drove a jeep towards the enemy lines (precisly against a T34) and he was shooting me, suddenly i was banned! Then I was going out and shoot him with my bazooka!
I don t understand, really....
Server name was team-simpleBF1942 [FRANCE].

Hello Vassily,

you were banned for one day because i saw you twice using a car as taxi TO a plane, first time you got kicked.
Second time you got the ban, i probably took me a little longer to find the correct command so the context got lost.

In some maps you should put a road sign near jeeps: "DON'T DRIVE THIS TO PLANE".

Every time I play Bocage in Axis team I see some idiot driving cars/kettenkrad on the airfield.

Maybe a ban for taxi could seem harsh, but I prefer a half-empty server to a server full of people who violate the rules

If i see someone taxiing after a (general) warning, i kick him. In most cases it doesn´t affect me as player apart from the fact that it costs my time.

There was once a server... The most important rules were written in red, big over the entire screen before a mapstart.

Perhaps it was BFA Coral Sea, but i can't remember exactly. There is a way to make some of most important rules visible to everybody before the map starts. This would help to avoid upcoming trouble.

Interesting, deathbuble allows you to get inside the radius, only kills you, but this stops the car.

that way you won´t stop ppl from doing so excessively in maps like bocage, they get away with it often enought unseen. 15min would have been enought in this case but they should know why.

yesterday at bocage one latent taxi driver:
1. time: general warning + personal warning
2. time: kick
3. time: kick
4. time: kick
5. time: ban for one day

some ppl. give a sh... on rules as long as it doesn´t hurt.
Invisible gravestones are a good idea, also a short ban with displayed reasons.
