Request to update the BF42PLUS sticky to the BF42++ updated release.

I'm a huge fan of BF42plus tool and benefit from uuuz work not just with as player with this tool, but also from his work on the server.  Opening the door for many of the improvements in the game we enjoy today.

However BF42plus is not safe to use and while IMHO Casqade is every bit the talent uuuz is, he invested 5 months rewriting the tool to make it safe, run without Admin Rights and lots of other improvements.

This is where release is being hosted for now but I feel it's best not to wait for the project to wrap up.
