Ban BFSoldier for permanent TK!

Hi all!

I'm still continuing to heal, and occasionally playing BF1942.
Been like this for over 20 years now)
And it's still the best game ever!
But sometimes it happens that some players do not let enjoy the game and communication with other players.

Today player BFSoldier (he has ping about 135-150ms) committed a constant TK me, military vehicles and other players on the previous map.
I'm sure such players have no place on this server!
