Ununderstandable BAN?

Good day Admin. Today I was playing on TOBRUK at get BAN from Server for unknown reason. I was not rude, I have no conversation with anybody, just playing and got BAN. I think this is a mistake. Plz solve this problem asap.

You may have been caught in a pub key ban. If so, it will be fixed shortly.

So, what is a pub key ban? This is my first ban, so I do not know what is it.
So, I still not unbanned :-(

Means you are using a publick keyhash in your game, which others have used and since they were fooling around the keyhash got banned and since your game has the same key you got banned as well.
