Help- where to put files of R to R and SW

I downloaded both files from free 2 play games, installed in C/games/EA game/ Battlefield 1942 file. When I run the set up it says "no bf1942" What am I doing wrong??

Not sure about the free2play files, but using the installers from simple worked fine.

I removed those files. Where do I find the Simple files (one's in download new maps? Also do I need any other mods, and what program to use to unpack it? Sorry, but I am a noob when it comes to this stuff
