If that comment was to me, then no. It was not one of those. The aircraft that flew over were based on aircraft that were significant to the state, such as a unit from there, parts from there, bases that had those aircraft, etc.
The one I can't remember was not a WW2 plane. It was a cold-war one. It was a jet aircraft. Maybe a bomber? I'm not sure.
