Yeah, 6000 people died because of corrupt FIFA. Football is just business, it has no spirit anymore if you ask me.
Was just joking tho, of course there are people who watch it. Most people who I know won't watch it. Generally I don't watch football anymore.
It's just distractions to keep people busy talking about unimportant things. I'd rather play football myself.

You may dont know but I own an agency. I work and have worked with top professional players and my Head Scout/UEFA Pro Coach that works with me works with one of the three top agents in the world. Trust me I know the game is rotten and honestly I see alot less games now than I used too...but there´s is always something special when it comes to the World Cup that I can´t avoid it...

Trust me I know the game is rotten and honestly I see alot less games now than I used too...but there´s is always something special when it comes to the World Cup that I can´t avoid it...

Let's see how it goes, I remember when Katar won this event 20 year ago. And here we go now.

With a bit luck it should be possible. Belgium is too strong, Croatia and Marocco is beatable.

A world cup in which Italy and Turkey do not play. Well for Turkey it is not surprising but there is no other team i would just support. I would like to see an underdog reaching to upper stages. I will be just betting for fun:)
PS: I agree with dary in terms of the lack of spirit for the organization this year. I have watched some videos that lots of fans(!) were hired to fullfill the stadium, imagine the lack of interest for traveling there to watch your own national team. It has never been in this way before, lots of people back in 2010 traveled to Africa, far away to live the spirit.

Let's see, a WC is always different than expected. It will be more exiting than CL, where top 4 are pretty predictable cause they have 10x the money than the other teams. I like van Bruyne and they have some good player... however, I am not up to date about the players etc... actually I have not much of an idea about football anymore.

Unfortunately, Hungary did not make it to the World Cup, so I will take a closer look at the teams.
It is typical of me that I usually cheer for the most weaker team.
