All right, I updated the bracket. Dikzak won vs romsharp 5 - 4 and goes to Round 2 of LB. Maxwell failed to show up to play vs Gio, so Gio wins that match by default. He moves on to face Chibi in Round 2 of the WB.
Look at the brackets to see who your opponent is guys!

Je suis partant pour un match revanche. Pour que ca soit justr pour vous vous pourriez louez votre propre serveur avec un mot de passe et vos propres maps, de cette maniere le ping sera ok pour tous. Il y aurait une map dans notre serveur et la deuxieme dans le votre. Et pourquoi ne pas faire un 5v5 la prochaine fois?

Salut à tous! J'ai modifié le ticket bleed, c-à-d. le taux d'écoulement des points pour être à 15 tickets par minute. Chaque team commence avec 150 tickets. Il y aura deux rondes sur votre map, et deux autres sur la notre, Bocage. Nous commencerons avec Hellendoorn et ensuite Bocage.
Si vous avez des questions concernant le serveur ou des problèmes de connection, faites-moi signe dès que possible.

Par contre il y a toutes les cartes du serveur classique en plus. comment on fera pour ne jouer que sur Hellendoorn ?
Il faut appuyer sur la touche ''Insert'' pour y voir toutes les maps du serveur. Hellendoorn devrait être la première a être affichée. Ensuite on sélectionne la map en on clique sur ''Vote For Map''. J'ai montré à Coco comment faire.

Vous n'auriez pas une seconde map plutôt que Hellendoorn? Je ne trouve aucun serveur avec cette map. Genre une map du jeu normal (Berlin, Stalingrad, Omaha, etc). Sinon on sera du RDV demain.

In an extremely tight match, Chibi managed to score the winning frag to advance to round 2, in a sudden death match. The score was tied at 9 - 9 after the first two rounds. The final score was 10 - 9 to Chibi. GG Guys!

While the DF Cup is under way, I am already planning the next tournament. I have already thought of the format of it (Nations Cup), the only thing missing is what aspect of the game the future contestants will compete in (tanks or inf, not DF since we are already doing a DF cup atm).
I would also like to explain why I chose to do another Nations Cup. My first cup, which was the 2v2 Tanks Nations Cup hosted in 2014, had 8 different nations. To me, it seems logical to regroup people by their country rather than do make them create new teams that sign up to the cup.
For geographical reasons, I think national teams seem to be a good idea, and being from the same country also means you have a ping that is similar to your peers, more or less (depends on how big your country is!). On top of that, we can also reuse the same national squads that were used for the previous cup, the 2v2 Tank Nations cup, and improve those teams.
The last Nations Cup had 8 national teams, which represented the following countries:
- Finland
- Germany
- Sweden
- France
- United Kingdom
- Russia
- Ukraine
- Netherlands
Countries (from Europe) that could have participated in the last cup:
- Denmark
- Spain
- Portugal
- Poland
I think that with a bit of effort, we can add at least 4 more countries to this list for the next event. I would really like to see countries from outside Europe compete. I know for sure we have more than enough Americans on the SiMPLE forums to form a team. Same goes for Canadians. Looking at the Userlist of SiMPLE, how can easily find up to 16 different countries with enough registered users to take part in the event.
That being said, I would like to keep the next cup a 3v3 pure infantry tournament, and I was thinking infantry would be a good idea since the last cup was a tank event, and before that we had a knife tournament. But it's really up to you guys to decide what aspect of the game it should be in.
So let me know what you would like to compete in, and if you like (or not) the idea of having another Nations Cup.

So I have updated the brackets. Jazzy vs Dikzak ended up in a 4 - 3 victory for Jazzy. He will advance to Round 2 where he will face SleveN, who has won 10 - 1 vs romsharp.
joint has won 10 - 3 vs Beyazz, but since they weren't aware of the screenshot rule and didn't accept to do a rematch with SS I have given them a chance and joint will advance to Round 2. Beyazz goes to the Losers Bracket. Make sure you take screenshots of your rounds in the future though guys. Very important!
Chibi vs LL22 is supposed to happen today @ 5 PM (please confirm GMT), so stay tuned guys! And don't forget your screens!
hanzee_panzee and KarlsoN, may I see your screens? I need them to update the bracket. If you haven't taken them, and your match was before I talked about screens, then I will accept the score as KarlsoN mentionned it but make sure that next time, both of you take screens of your rounds.
Sonic, Sommarel, Vita, gio, Maxwell and Nerone, please confirm your match times or talk to your opponent to set up a match date if you haven't already.

C'mon isn't it enough that both participants agree of the score? Screenshots prove nothing in dfs! Absolutely nothing!
Without screenshots, I have nothing else but your word that you won ''10 - 1'' or whatever. It doesn't matter if two people confirm that the score was 10 - 1! I need a way to confirm this myself, and screenshots are the only way. Plus we need a record of every match if they don't all get filmed.
Since SleveN gave me his screenshot, it would be unfair that others don't do the same. So please, show good sportsmanship and follow the rule.
BTW I have updated the bracket. SleveN moves on to the next round in the Winners Bracket while romsharp goes to the Losers Bracket.

I haven't played against Jazzy yet. I've played against ROM sharp, but I guess whoopz already posted the result.
I haven't received any screenshots confirming the scores.
Guys, please follow the rule regarding score reporting. Do not PM me the results of your matches if there are no screenshots to back them up. If you PM me your match results without the SS, I will not update the bracket.
