Glad to see people didnt lose their common sense, bcs most of things that were written in the last days are true and I was in disbelief how people intentionally overlook that or trying so hard not to see facts.

Solution is easy, I could stop talkin to him in chat, in general it wasnt EVER more than couple of words during all round and people pretend like I should have gone to custody for killing someone. Anyway he really reached out to me, I told him when his action will stop, mine will too.
But here is one big BUT and we all know he does not want to stop, which he also admitted and said would be unfair from Paul to want something like that from him...  - When I will stop and he wont (most likely), admins might really look into this case fnally and stop pretending he isnt a big problem himself for this community which is known almost by everyone sane

Do not get me wrong, even after all, Hillbilly was shortly in charge and made probably one of few things right, he made a poll if toxic 000 should be perm banned or not in admins section - my vote was NO, he should not be banned .

The more you look at it and actions head admins do, the more it shows serious problems Simple is having...Ofc its not easy job to do and you wont please everyone, no doubt, but its not that hard to set your priorities first and do the most easy decisions right.

Doubti, Kevin, others speoke about couple of occasions, this dude has been doing this shit and much worse horseshit against me for the last 3+ years almost each day and even if he does not speak much in chat does not mean he hasnt been doing so much awfulness, I just dont speak and dont cry about it, I can live with that. Id expect a pilot of ur quality to know the planes better. You make a point that sbd turns slow and at low speed is even worse, but you say I couldve avoid. Not true, once I was far at first and made a decision to turn left, there was no way back. 000 clearly checked what im doing still and he couldve avoided by turning up/down with Corsair which is still 50% better manoovarable than sbd. But once I decided i turn left i couldnt have done anything even tho i tried to gain more speed and turned sharp left down.

From F9 camera of his looks a bit like, but you cannot clearly tell and but based on my intention and F10 camera of mine I did everything I could to avoid this colision. I was searching for gold and this gave me -3 pts, why the hell would I TK him on purpose, makes no sense at all..
SBD is hardly manooverable at such LOW alt. and zero speed, but how could you know when neither of you get a plane. I can see from here he used in cocpit cam. which did not see me, but from MY POV things were clarly different and if he ever tried he could have avoided as well.
