Thank you for uploading the video. I really appreciate the fact you chose to be objective and allow people see both your and my experience of what happened.

Some time passes into the game more than 2 minutes as i thought, I am at the loading screen reading something on the my phone. You can see when I start playing and join the axis team at about 33:50. At 33:35 I am already axis and after gambit swicth team game is 9:8 players, some guy Det or Dot whatever i can't read it on my screen joins the axis at 33:30, probably from loading screen as he wasn't active too. At this point I spawn first time somewhere behind abas and i see him swicthing fire with some german, so I shoot him and Immediately receive stack warning, which is ridiculous so I tell him to shut up, he kicks me. I come back asking him "what is his problem" ... he responds "don't teamstack" ... "I am not stacking idiot, I shot you and you kicked me. stacking you made up" ... he got shot again ...  !wlang and immediate ban for week before I could say anything.

Now where did i lie hydra?

"We showed" selective screenshots that noone could read cuz the video would probably prove my point. I don't need any evidence if abas has video record of what happened. Define team stacking ... selecting team at the start of the game is not team stacking. Calling idiot is not something you can complain about this is a recent quote:

I expect another oppinion and abas to present the complete not modified evidence he has.

I tell the story from memory, the guy has actual evidence let him show it. At one point there are 8 v 10, the next moment they could could have been  7 v 11 and 6 v 12 ... I don't team stack I always play axis except on Brittain. After he warns me what am I supposed to do, after he kicks me i join the same team as usual ... 1 week ban for a situation he provoked himself is excessive, but i am not the one to judge that. You may as well ban me for year or two. Barely any people online and you go ban frenzy...

Ofc they have problem with me cuz I remind them they are mere mortals and have responsibilities and moral obligations. None of you likes this fact pointed out in public. As of if I deserve it or not ... I don't expect another soh "respected member of community" to support me in this case. At least have some competing clan members as admin staff so there is chance for objective opinion in such matters.

I agree the time is wasted here, but admins being busy is something new to me. From what I see admins are just regular players with abusive tendencies. All you see in the chat is "#x/(name) tk" , and admin kicks it if he feels like it, server does that anyways. On rare occasions someone may be kicked/banned for minor crime or excessive language. Most of the time admins just play the game, mock people like merlin (!gay merlin, !noob merlin ... everyday i see that and it's not just merlin) or molest people for shooting them down like what happened to me just a moment ago. What actual work is done so they even require to be even paid for it (Gorr)? When was the last time someone got caught glicthing , cheating , hacking , screensharing? They rely on ordinary players reports for that cuz they know noone will put any effort. When there is one they do everything to ignore or undermine it ... so what actual work is done ? Friends and clan members don't even get warnings. Hydra claims he banned someone ... well show us , who was he , did you invited him into your clan, maybe you didn't like the guy. "respected member of the community" ... you say hi to 3 people in whole week, what is this community you are talking about, and why someone feels so respected in there.
  It seems I am actually perm banned now so wasting time is no longer available option to me. I guess my time is useless to you anyways since I am not among the "respected members" myself. I'm not glitching , cheating and hypocritical enough to be worth of that title.

   Hydra clearly don't comprehend what I am saying in plain english so I will try to explain it again. BFsoldier was camping hangar window ctf el alamein, throwing granades and stuff like that. He did that 3 or 4 times there was another guy with default name too doing the same. I disarmed them 2 times using waspe and since they kept comming I decide I'll guard the hangar from behind the bars myself and i did that for about 10 minutes or more.For some reason Hydra thinks I am reporting that.Seems like he has never seen that glitch I am talking about and he doesn't know how it's done, but I won't reveal it here for obvious reasons.
  During most of the time uly was inside of the hangar trying to take off with aichival with another guy as a gunner(maybe "insane" I am not completely sure) But hangar was constantly bombarded or some random players got in the gunner's position instead. He did that over and over again so basicly he was there most of the time including the moment when the glitch happened, suppose I didn't notice someone going trough (which is very unlikely i was constantly monitoring the entrance at that moment) uly was on the way right in the middle of the hangar.
  Suddenly Sv3n magically  get's behind me and kills me. Some time after me complaining and admins started responding the guy just quits. He didn't say anything, didn't try to defend himself or something. When he joined the server the previous map (Kharkov), few guys greeted him, including some of the admins, I don't mention names but you can check the logs. That's why I suspect this is a case of protectionism, any random guy on his place would have been checked and immediately banned. None of admins put any effort whatsoever.
  My entire point is that uly didn't see anything, and he just kept waiting in the hangar after what happened. How do you SEE someone "not glitching" ?! People are "not glitching" almost all the time except when they are. Either you saw him going through or you didn't. If he went through, you saw him but completely ignored him that would be very weird but it would explain somehow the situation and I'll accept it. If you didn't see him going through then he MUST have used the "back door". After he killed me he probably threw few granades, idk i wasn't there anymore.

There was 4+ admins present at the time one of them right in front of me. You should have checked the moment I reported it. But it's easier to just make fun of people, and pretend as nothing happened. This kind of abuse doesn't even deserve consideration, any random guy should have been immediately banned. But he isn't just random guy is he?

Just do your job , ban the guy and i'll stop "bitching". If he has something to say in his defense he can do it in the forums as i did.

You was there indeed and dare not call me stupid. I know how to glitch inside hangar from behind, and I am sure many experienced players do but we choose not to. Seems like your admins need to be educated in that matter.

I was there guarding the hangar at the window for 10 minutes or more because BFsoldier camped there 3 or 4 times before that. Almost all the time uly was in front of me waiting for aichival, I even got killed once while trying to heal him. 2/3 of the score BFsoldier makes is by camping there but he always uses the main entrance. This guy tried to show how "smart" he is and glicthed through the wall from behind hangar. I've seen people perm banned for this  years before this server even existed. If you have some special tolerance for hangar wall glicthing please state it in the rules together with the window camping and all the special cases that are forbidden on other servers. Since there is nothing there to address that right now, universal law and common sense apply. Also admins protecting other players cuz they are friends in life or used to be in the same clan is just outrageous. It's not the first time I am witnessing this and this issue should be addressed too.

I didn't told him what to do in the sense you may be thinking. After the guy kicked me for shooting the plane,then for language, then for whatever reason, and while I was trying to reason with him, me and some other guys got teamkilled by some prick in german's main which he deliberately ignored. And since there was no other admins online and I know how much he likes kicking people I insisted he should do his job and do something about it, on which he responded "You do not get to tell me what to do". That's what's he referring to and it's the only occasion i told him to do anything :

I don't know what you have against my nickname, I've been using it for more than a year already and while I admit there is humorous element in using it, It's not me but other people who are constantly commenting on it in offensive way, things about refugees, how fat Angela Merkel is ... you name it. You are Canadian and you probably don't understand how influential she is not only in Germany but in whole Europe. It wasn't just a kick, it's constant harassment when this guy is online and I can't have normal gameplay for more than 10 minutes. I thought we are over with this, but obviously this guy is mad at me and won't let me have fun and enjoy the game. I can of course change my nick as I've done before and get this over, but I don't see how is any of this my fault and why should I be the one to suffer from this situation. If you can't select people mature enough for the job and you fancy some over possessive sadistic pricks with autism to run the show, then maybe my place is not here after all. Every train has it's passengers they say.

   This is one of the few servers where I like to play and I've been occasional visitor for the last 6-7 years. Every time what turns me off is some guy like this one, with a ban stick in his hand and single cell for a brain that is perfect example of hypocrisy and abuse of power, and yet I see little or no support whatsoever. Of course nobody is perfect, I've been admin too and I understand you guys are community and correcting a colleague is a intrusive step to make especially when it's about such a small matter: some annoying prick with funny name complaining about shit that no one really carries about.
   
   It's just a game and I want to enjoy and have fun as everyone else. But now I am in this guys "shit list", he is constantly observing my gameplay when I come online, kicks me every time when I shoot a plane that flies 3 squares from the base and claims I basecamp, or being idle for more than a minute waiting for my team to capture strategic point and spawn there or does some other twisted interpretations of the rules just to purposely annoy me. No warnings or anything, no reasoning, not a chance for any constructive dialog with this guy. It's a harassment in it's pure form, and all this started because I took his precious anti-aircraft gun while I tried to shoot a plane down and I didn't notice him laying down repairing it.

4-5 minutes ... do you even realize what you are saying ? I saw a plane , AA was unoccupied , i get it and start shooting i notice you just after that you message me and instant kick me before i could say anything. If you wanted the AA so much there is a thing in the game called radio commands ... the best way to attract someones attention ... ppl usually don't read the chat all the time you know. If someone do the same thing  to you it won't be very nice would it ? What makes you think that kicking people is any more justified than teamkilling to take someones vechicle or gun . But i guess you swedish just like to kick stuff ... like kicking maids in the head for no particular reason if you know what i mean.

What about getting ban for saying cockroach, while people keep talking racist things in chat and admins even tolerate them ? Is that intended too ? Even more ... any of this words you may or may not use in normal conversation could get you banned:

Those are based on just two of the forbidden words, I don't know how many and which are the forbidden words, but in English language there are just over a million. The chance to say something that may contain forbidden word in itself is quite big , and if you do that 5 times you get banned ... Yet you haven't offended anyone or disturbed the gameplay of others in any way, but people who do that are tolerated or ignored by admins and that's fair ?!
