If the Revive team would gonna release the same binaries (just like s[Sk] and Tuia did) with different master server, that is linking to for example; master.battlelog.co for Bf1942 then that might be possible.

Well, there's FHSW-Europ and Inusaba server hosting it, although the latter kicks high-ping players (max. 100ms) and mostly Japanese players are joining (including the mod devs.) the server at 8:00PM UTC+9:00.

Did you make any change/s on that map? Try to reinstall the game (if you have a retail version) and load the map again to see if it work.
