If you have good picture on your TV, go for cable. If TV is bad, and you have good sound quality talking in your phone, go for DSL.

That is a very good idea. I think it is possible to collect these statistics, hit ratio, bullets fired, etc., but it is not a simple hack. It would involve reverse engineering some of the server code.
It could work for the whole match, but doubtfully for each player. But yeah it would be a nice feature.
Maybe it could be time to convert 42 content to Refractor Engine 2 ? Id do it if i had time the time.

I had tried the WineD3D dll files before from http://www.nongnu.org/wined3d/ website, but it crashed the game in one computer and had graphic glitches in another one, so I put it aside
Intel graphics totally dropped Open GL in there drivers, same with "windows certified drivers" whetever card you had (atleast it used to be like this some years ago, im a bit outdated)

There is a code line that auto spawn bots, it could perhaps be set to off, but then some admin need to "start them up" after a while. There is no time setting for this that i know of unfortunately.
Another way could be to set some spawns to human players only and spawn the bots a bit further away from vehicles.

ApacheThunder´s original video, i think he had some tricks up his sleeve, ther is files for parachute and such but not the corresponding trigger files (This here animation files is kinda like a small video that plays if triggered if i understand it right)
