Again I'm not sure I understand half of what you are writing.
In short you are free to play on any server. I for one are very much against the Baserape rule. But since the rules on this server is no Baserape I respect that.

Не нашел более подходящей темы для того, чтобы перенести некоторые свои мысли в текст. Решил задаться вопросом — почему среди наших соотечественников на сервере так много неадекватных людей? Был свидетелем очень большого числа нарушений со стороны игроков либо с кириллическими именами, либо со стороны тех, которые "общались" на кириллице или на русском языке с использованием букв английского алфавита. Я неслучайно заключил в кавычки слово "общались", поскольку нормальным это общение назвать вряд ли получится. Это, скорее, бессмысленная тирада из оскорблений, вероятно, связанных с их подростковыми переживаниями собственных неудач, чувство абсолютной вседозволенности в придачу к ощущению полной безнаказанности, а также, возможно, идиотские попытки самореализации и преодоления страха, который не позволяет им вести себя подобным образом в реальной жизни среди других школьников. Именно школьников, поскольку я отказываюсь верить в то, что подобное поведение может исходить от зрелых и образованных людей. И дело вовсе не в том, что кто-то кому-то хамит. Это можно игнорировать. Речь идет о нарушении всех правил сервера и закрывать глаза на это никак не получается.

Hell I banned Jedder 17 times one night on another server.....

I have learned from playing, being a admin for over 10 years and at one point running servers that you cant save, stop, or make everyone happy. All you can do is what you think is the best for the server and the game.   I have seen servers killed by one admin that the owner did not do any thing about and servers killed by over use of admin and to many rules.
