Yes, agree with Arkos.
Pilots should stay away from enemy main to prevent shooting alting pilots.
P.S. Groove4Life - It depends where you're going. If you turn directly to the battlefiled that means you are ready to attack and are dangerous.
If a pilot is leaving main base and is circling behind it to get some altitude - it's another case.
P.P.S. I all for updating the server rules because they aren't perfect. Would be nice if tuia agreed, I could try helping.

The chat speaks for itself. I was shotdown above base during circling to get alt. Kicked the base shooter. Explained the reason of kick.

Helloes.
Hear sometimes people complaining about russian players in chat, that they talk and nothing is understandable and looks like alien language.
There is a patch, which you can download and it makes your game "understand" these symblos and make them appear normal.
Maybe it would be a nice idea to have it in the DOWNLOAD section?
I have it on google drive if anyone needs.

I admit, Maj.Merlin is an annoying chatspammer, but provoking him with !gay and !suck commands every 10 minutes is kind of a d1ck move also. And it deffinitely won't make him write less..

Lets say a tanker knows that tank spawntime is 1 min. If he is killed in his tank, instead of waiting for his tank to spawn he can play as infantry untill his tank spawns. Lets say he didnt die for 1,5 minutes. His tank spawned already and awaits him in main base. Someone stealing it makes it a mainbase attack maneuver.
Just accept it. All admins agree on this. If you don't then you will be banned multiple times untill you understand this common sense.

If you steal a vehicle from enemies main base, you make the enemy team weaker because they can't use it and have less attack power. Thus your actions can be interpritated as baseattack.
I would have kicked and banned for this also.
