  While I too have strong insulting words I could use in response, it's just not necessary. When you are the only one in chat, I usually relocate myself as you are already well aware. I will not be forced to listen to your endless vile commentary (like above) in TS about me, especially when I do not do that to you. I prefer to chat with people whom are friendly and fun to chat with. I will chat with whom I please as that is my decision not yours.

Just as I said, our exchange was short and extremely mundane stuff. It was over and done despite me not noticing/recalling the server message until today. Comparatively, we did have 10+ minutes of chat spam with Moss and an admin where F*** in ALL CAPS was used, and a player staunchly insisting that Verty-McFairy was cheating with various comments. (All of this is in the logs as well of course.)

I'm glad you posted our brief banter, it pretty much settles that. Now perhaps you can focus on the subject of the thread and helping the actual person who posted it. Somehow I doubt you'll make time for that.

Sorry your problem has been hijacked by the "Lonewolf-of-the-Month-Clubbing." Despite our differences, you still deserve to have a decent response. Be thankful the guy you've been dealing with is quite reasonable, as you can clearly see the alternatives that exist.

No the report is NOT correct. You weren't even present for the incident days ago, lol! Today, we said maybe two lines of comments & it was mundane compared to other conversations. It's part of gameplay, and we also moved on. Apparently you and vertigo haven't...

I want to support good places to play like SiMPLE. Managing a server seems like herding cats.

To be clear, I never said the player should be banned for the exp toss. His ability to locate/track without visual was odd. He was able to do it consistently. He Knew he was being watched from the chat and dialed it back to be less obvious. I varied spawn points and he located me precisely without hesitation in between. It was an instanatious redirect to the next location. He didn't fail to track me around the hangar because he realized I was setting up a recording to show his capabilities (or he got bored because I remained in main and didn't flip out like Merlin.)

Some things we know:
- He changed names and returned with the same ping and play- in the logs
- He was rumored to have been previously kicked that day for the same behaviors
- He was main camping repeatedly
- BoS says he's a reg, meaning he likely defied rules knowingly
- Prior to the open chat that alerted him, his kills were patterned - in the logs
- He was clearly griefing/trolling players considering it all in totality
- Other random players pointed out his constant teamwounding in main
- I think he accrued a TK while people were complaining
- I've never met him by this nick, I'm not a reg on FR, and I do not get along with Merlin at all - yet was having the same experience with this player on a different/later map.

If he is a regular, someone may want to get to know him a little better....

This is all I had time to look through tonight. I think it's enough to warrant a ban/having him come discuss it in forums, but my opinion doesn't really matter.  By the time a forum complaint is posted with video evidence, he's long gone. Prank was able to constantly locate a single player in game from death-to-spawn and from point-to-point within moments. I believe I've encountered him doing the same stuff on the tanks server, which is why I was targeted also. If I find more examples, I'll post them.

I know I'm going to regret every f***** minute of this... but I'll look at my recording & share anything relevant. Ultimately, I believe you are right about that player, but this drama is NOT my problem; It's yours & Gorr's and I want nothing else to do with it (I'm already facing my own indefinite ban on USA for asking to be excluded from someone's hostile rant who thinks it's my job to stand by as they toss exps and patch-up their booboos when they're 25ft away from a med cabinet.) There is no "winning" at this shit Merlin, there's no set policy or procedure, it's all on the whim of who is present with admin. Flipping-out made it even more complex for you now. I'll share anything relevant because it's the right thing to do, but you have probably made your own bed on the rest of it.

Because racial slurs seem like an obvious next step here. Good way to convince people to do something for you......

Oscar - I didn't hear any defending for the previous ~30 minutes of disparaging comments about me in TS because you didn't realize I was there. I'm sure I'll survive your public abandonment. Much later when I finally did speak, I was calm until you basically flipped out on me from my first words. Previous to all of that I was kicked by an admin for a perfectly legal kill on that admin. Despite the foolishness going on, I was still having some fun and trying to play around it. There were AFKers when I said the team was sleeping and was kicked for it the first time. Later, when I said it more directly there were at least two. Moments after my 2nd comments one of them came to life. We also had other players that were excessively lurking in main. Not to call people out, but I'm certain KSMyaz was afk from the first comment until the second which was a good span. I believe he spawned right before I was kickbanned. I'm going to put faith in him that he will verify it, as it's the honest thing to do. I mentioned it because it's what I saw. If you chose not to believe it, that's really outside of my control.

Vertigo - I know you've been recording me as you so trollingly announced weeks ago. I don't care. You continuously camp and attack players on the ground with looping and alt bombing that is belligerent and indefensible. If using those advantages is a legitimate part of the game then so is suicide or bailing when I don't want to put up with your nearly endless and often targeted crap. How about some video of how much intense continuous looping a flag gets when you know I was on it? Or how you followed me to another flag immediately after I moved to avoid your bs tactics?  If you'd play with respect and consideration instead of score whoring (with disruptive tactics) while your teams generally loses,  maybe you'd get some in return (I'd have no problem with that.) But it hasn't been your MO over the years I've played you and I don't expect it to change now.

^ should have posted it with the videos. and the screen capture. It was quite thorough. The Creamzor stuff predated that, though.

Years back I went to the high-ups at MG and complained that they'd made Creamzor admin despite his previous collection of PB bans - and the wide range of his ban descriptions in the PB database at the time. I was in-turn long-term banned at MG for publicly calling out an Admin on his history. Creamzor had been PB banned at JiF as far back to when I was admin there. As it turned out, he got caught again. MG booted him and removed all traces. Using game advantages is a function of ego. There are cliques and personalities that tend to go along with it. Their patterns are easy to spot if you know what to look for - the SS players for example were patternistic(sp?).

I'll avoid specifics, but there really isn't a debate on this among people who have been admin and used the tools available over the years. However, It can be difficult to prove without a careful approach. Thankfully there are less and less people doing these things on this great old-ass game. Now it's mostly these remaining cliques and characters that are familiar to BF42 old-timers. Does anyone remember the massive PB culling of "snipers?" Good stuff.

Thanks for pointing out my true nature - which led me to document and report a couple of players clearly using harmful advantages in game, enabled SiMPLE to act in the best interest of the server, and allowed me to laugh-off your dishonest attempt to paint yourself and doodie as victims while absolutely leveling that claim with concrete proof otherwise. Much appreciated!
