The problem was the nvidia chipset i've warmed up to seven minutes with a hairdryer
and let it cool for 10 minutess and he did it again! sounds a little crazy but it worked!

It seems you are not alone then smile that blinking should be a fault message, see if you can find it in the manual

edit: if nothing else helps you can try "bake" method, back in 2008  nvidia changed to lead free soldering witch caused a lot of problem http://www.theinquirer.net/inquirer/new … -defective

there is some reading here about the issue http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/ … 43165.html

it seems the nvidia card is a plugin modul so i would try remove it and bake it if everything else fails

iwe done it with a geforce 8800 gt card once smile

There is nothing wrong with the video card, because screen turns on, only stays black..

I have read in many reactions that they have removed the motherboard,
and they have put the motherboard in the oven with 200 °C for 7min and have solved the problem :0
I'm going to try that in the night tongue

sounds like a motherboard issue

maybe i dont know i have read on some forums that the problem is the cpu,
but i do not think so because all the lights go on.

bios battery might be dead by now but not sure lost settings would stop it from booting?

I looked at the battery it is not replaceable the battery is stuck on the motherboard.

hey, I have not used the laptop for 3 years because i bought a new laptop the last time he worked as far as I remember
Now the problem is when i press on the power button i hear the fan for 2 seconds and then stops
The screen stays black and 3 lights continue to flash.
I do not know what that means, but the last time he was still working perfectly hmm
and now no longer out of nowhere!
