Extremely stupid and disruptive. He's teamkilling, teamwounding and shooting friendly vehicles just for fun. Check the logs, there were a lot of complaints on him.

He's behaving like an idiot. For example, once he got into the plane to wait for another friendly plane with a pilot to crash it on the airfield. Or another example: he shot two SBD tails from the tail gun because he didn't get into these planes first.

That's why I offer to give him rights to warn and kick only on experimental basis. It seems the hard life makes him smart and serious in initiatives but I can also admit he's a bit annoying.
