The way I see it I think Butcher presented a solution which makes sense: a permanent, or very long ban so that he can reflect on his actions. I think 000 has had many opportunities to improve his behavior (check the Ban Appeal section). As KILLER88 mentioned in another thread, he is simply not interested in changing his ways.

We have to look at the greater good of the community, not try to appease the mindless ramblings of an egoistical maniac. So late in the life cycle of this game, the goal is self preservation, and he is sucking this community dry like a leech with his actions. Get rid of him. It's not rocket science.

Be advised that the server I provide is located in Kansas City. That's in the Central USA. So anyone from the USA/Canada or South America that's interested in this event should have priority to join. European players can join too if they don't mind the high ping.

Maybe in BF-League that's how things go. But I personally know a lot of excellent players that have never touched cheats.

It's kind of sad when you think about it. All these useless rules BF-League admins make, shit looks like an encyclopedia yet not even 1% of these rules are observed, either by the players or admins. Bugging is rampant, hackers are allowed to play, PB is enforced while being completely useless. I guess it's all about who knows who there.
