In Russia there are 2 extremes:
1. people who categorically drown for Putin and everything he does.
2. people who blame the current government for all their troubles, problems and failures, although to a certain extent they are losers themselves. They sit on an armchair with laptops and furiously knock on the keyboard, splashing saliva on the monitor screen, that the president and the authorities are to blame for all their problems. But they do nothing at all to solve their problems.

Stop going and whining on the Internet that Putin is bad, that Russians are bad. Many Russians would gladly help you if they could.
Your whining will never achieve anything.
Do something useful for your country (if you consider it your duty to defend it), your family (if you are not interested in defending your country), or for the victims (they will definitely need your help).

Im out of Russia since 6 of october, because this is only the way how i can protest against "special operation". I can't on street with banner "stop the war", because i have my family and i am only the person who makes money for my loved ones.

I'm smart guy, i can do my job anywhere and i can find a new job anywhere, so i am not going back to Russia until military actions stops.

My family will join me at 6 of December.

I'm quite satisfied now in such conditions.

Russians can't cross border, even citizents who running away from war and mobilization.
All of East European countries much more agressive to Russians, than Germany, or France for example.

Your leaders are also doing everything to ensure that the opinion of the Russians about you deteriorated. This will only help rally against the "aggressive West".
