The #id is barely dependant on the ping. There is a chance that Test01 is playing within the rules.
This rule looks good on paper, but almost imposible to apply. I guess it was made to avoid those 3 (Merlín,000 and Test01) to hog vehicles. Maybe we can give them a warning alluding to the !dis command when they start doing so?
Watch the last video or this is not enough again and you will come up with something else?
A warning should be given to anyone who makes false reports about this and abuses the admin panel.
And the hog of vehicles does not always depend on the ID number.

record your video using the OBS and see what kind of black screen you get and post it here

There are some screenshoots when you did it earlier today but then you did it more times even after we told you not to. First you got a kick and now 15 min ban...just stop using this now forbidden exploit and the admin abuse wil stop.
I don't think you understand what you're talking about or what you're doing. If you are talking about screenshots with the message shutdown at the end of the round, then it occurs periodically for different players when the map changes, even those who do not rejoin.

Kicked for an accidental tk when bombed a factory, from the first place, kicked because he did not want to lose, but lost.
Presumably this is an inadequate crazy admin seven - fertigo. He always does this when he forgets to take his pills.

vor ein paar tagen bin ich gerade dem server beigetreten und dieser typ hat mich zweimal getötet, obwohl wir beide im selben team waren, als wäre es nichts
das erste mal habe ich mich bei ihm entschuldigt, weil es vielleicht meine schuld war
aber er tut es wieder und sagt kein wort
dann eile ich zu ihm und sage "negativ!" aber stattdessen hat er mich verwundetbitte gib ihm die gewünschte strafe

Every time Raketenhorst is admin players are randomly kicked. I've seen this happen last week and when I asked "why was he kicked?" the admin (Raketenhorst) replied: "I'm not talking to you about it".
Today this happened to me twice, for no reason. I was not tk'ing at all and was not disrupting gameplay. It was a competitive game. When you kick a player, they lose all their stats and kill counts. I then rejoined and was re-allocated to the other team, which lost.
This makes playing multiplayer games very frustrating. I've played for years with all kinds of admins and this one is by far the worst and least pleasant to enjoy a map with. It's a shame, because I've seen it happen to other players too.
IF you are admin, please be fair and do not kick people unless there is a valid reason. It disrupts the game and makes it unenjoyable. Let's not forget this is game after all, it's there to be enjoyed.
I confirm this. Raketenhorst often abuses the admin panel.
The last time I kicked for a accidental tk, after which I say sry.
